**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and review external communications materials for stakeholders
- Provide editorial support for publicity collaterals, corporate materials and advertisements
- Revise and propose content for the corporate website where required
- Develop media letters or replies to customers’ feedback
- Manage walk-in customers (when required)
- Managing media events
- Daily media monitoring and analysis
- Media relations including media pitching, forum replies, media queries and crisis communications
- Support marketing campaigns / events and measure campaign performance
- Support on consolidation of monthly returns of the department for reporting purposes
- Any other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Degree in Mass Communications / Marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in Corporate Communications / Public Relations or related function
- Prior experience from government sector or government linked organization is preferred
- Possess vendor management experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Strong writing skills in creating content for multiple uses
- Independent and resourceful
- Strong analytical skill and a good problem solver
- Service-oriented and able to manage difficult customers
- Knowledge of performance marketing and software eg Photoshop, Illustrator, etc is advantageous
