**What the role is**
The Human Resource Division in MSF continually innovates, develops and promotes best HR practices and strategies within the organization with a view to attracting, motivating, developing and retaining quality talent and ensure a conducive environment for all staff to maximise their potential thereby contributing to the growth of the organisation. **What you will be working on**
- As a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), you will build relationship with various divisions and develop a good understanding of their business needs. You will be involved in the following:
- Working closely with senior management and partnering line units to address its human capital concerns and support their manpower plans.
- Assess and anticipate manpower needs for the line divisions, and work with the recruitment team to fulfil these manpower needs.
- Act as a proactive communicator between line divisions and other HR teams in the areas of capability building, employee engagement and performance & rewards management.
- Act as an employee champion to address HR concerns amongst the staff and facilitate career transitions, re-skilling of staff, and re-designing of jobs.
- Support employees through employee life cycle from onboarding to off-boarding.
- Act as a change agent through working with line directors on executing strategic workforce plans and promoting good HR practices.
- Develop plans on re-designing of work roles, re-skilling of workforce, career transitions as well as implement change management and staff engagement efforts.
- Review and implement HR policies and frameworks within the ministry and ensuring adherence to the Public Service Division’s policy principles.
**What we are looking for**
- Functional/Technical Competencies
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource, Psychology, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Relevant experience and knowledge in human capital management or strategic partnership, with good understanding of manpower challenges and ability to articulate the need for using data approaches in creative solutioning.
- Prior HR experience in the public sector and familiarity with Civil Service policies and guidelines will be an advantage
