
Executive Assistant to Senior Management

The Executive Assistant will focus on supporting an individual executive and his management team in their day-to-day office activities, including but not limited to,
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Skillfully balancing the schedules of multiple senior leaders and providing administrative support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties on all matters pertaining to the senior leadership office.
- Foster positive relationships and effective communication with the Board of Directors and Company Secretariat by working closely with the Company Secretariat to ensure smooth planning and execution of Board meetings and events.
- Assist with preparing Board and Magement meetings materials, including agendas and meeting minutes, and consistently monitor the status of follow-up items discussed in the meetings.
- Working in tandem with the PR/media vendor to plan and execute strategic PR and media campaigns.
- To assist senior management in following up on corporate strategy with different stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification of a Diploma in a related discipline
- Proven experience working as an executive assistant supporting senior-level executives
- Ability to anticipate the needs of senior executives and proactively address them
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive information
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and schedules
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Proficient in using standard office software, such as MS Office Suite.
- Possess strong tech and social media skills, including a good understanding of technology and the ability to use various hardware and software tools effectively, as well as a good understanding of social media platforms and the ability to use them effectively to promote a brand, communicate with customers, and build relationships.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
