The Business Solution Manager is a critical role in ensuring Zuhlke thrives here in the Singapore market and it requires someone who is highly organized and adaptable, enjoys both strategy and delivery/execution, and all the while remains dedicated to the best interests of the team and the clients.

As the Business Solution Manager, you are responsible for the success of our client projects. You are a key partner for our clients as you dig deep into understanding what their challenges are before mapping out great solutions that will ultimately have them win. You are skilled in managing multiple different parties & interests as you will be at the center between the client (who wants successful project delivery), our business development team (who wants financial success for Zuhlke), and our software engineers (who wants interesting, challenging projects to work on). You are therefore flexible in being able to work with a variety of people to ensure that project delivery is up to our high standards at Zuhlke while ensuring that our team remains engaged and happy in their projects.

Ultimately, you play a large part in the success of our Singapore office. You ensure that customer satisfaction is extremely high and that growth & profitability goals are being met, and you accomplish this by jumping in to assist and tackle anything and everything necessary. You are naturally entrepreneurial and thus a multi-faceted role like this is perfectly suited to your strengths.

**Your Talent.**
- You have 6+ years of experience working within software development projects on both the project management side and as a software engineer.
- You have strong experience in being client-facing and have worked in account management roles. Your past experience also demonstrates a track record for strong project delivery.
- You are exceptional in your ability to quickly develop strong, trusted relationships. You are highly skilled in adapting your communication style and you are genuinely interested and curious about our customers and their needs.
- You have a demonstrated strength in being able to quickly understand complex business problems and find solutions to them.
- You have a unique ability to be able to think high-level and build out strategies, while also possessing the humbleness to do whatever is necessary to have the greater team be successful.
- You hold strong leadership experience and values. You are seen as a role model who inspires confidence and empowers their team to do stunning work that they are proud of.
- You have a strong understanding of the local market and landscape, and you are great at balancing professionalism with warmth and genuineness.
- You hold a university degree, preferably in the business and technology field. You also have an attitude of continuous learning and are regularly taking personal initiative to further develop your skills.
