**Position Purpose**:
The Advisor, Talent & Excitement specifically will coordinate and administer a variety of programs and activities surrounding employee services, covering multiple Human Resources activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles assigned
- Facilitate communication between employees and supervisors/managers and ensure the wider community is aware of company policies and procedures
- Handle employee enquires and provide advice on local employment laws
- Mediate during employee disputes, guide managers to take corrective action and planning and disciplinary actions etc.
- Responsible for data integrity work in the HRIS system and work closely with the Regional CoE (Center of Excellence) to improve the functionality of the system
- Administer funding in a timely manner from the respective government authorities, where applicable
- Responsible for full employee lifecycle from pre-onboarding, on-boarding to off-boarding process
- Ensure that all HR (Human Resources) official letters are prepared and filed (e.g. offer, confirmation, increment, bonus, promotion, disciplinary, acceptance of resignation)
- Organize employee engagement events
- Any ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned

- Have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations
- Have at least five (5) years of working experience in a similar position in the retail and/or luxury beauty industry
- Must have hands-on experience in managing end to end recruitment for retail roles
- Have excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in MOM regulations, Employment Laws, HR administrative best practices, HR technology and MOM regulations
- Experienced in business process improvement and optimization with significant exposure in reviewing processes to reduce redundancies and/or inefficiencies
- Highly organized, with a good ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Possess excellent negotiation skills, self-motivated and be able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Have a high degree of honesty and integrity, be proactive, have a keen eye for details and be able to work under pressure
- Have good interpersonal and a positive attitude
- Good stakeholder management skills with a good ability to establish meaningful relationships with other team members.

- growing business with a strong sense of ownership for tasks assigned
- Experienced with MS Excel and enterprise HRIS software
- Highly proficient in both written and spoken English
