Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Operations Advisor Graduate to join our team. As an HR Operations Advisor Graduate, you will be responsible for supporting key employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, job status changes, and contract preparation.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of employee lifecycle processes and policies.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, TAs, and regional HR teams to support ongoing HR initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support for employee matters and assist in responding to employee queries under guidance.
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and data accuracy checks related to employee records.

Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
  • Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
