Key Responsibilities include:

  • Crafting and delivering solutions related to employee experience strategies.
  • Leading the team to develop fit-for-purpose employee experience journeys, personas, and roadmaps to improve workforce experiences.
  • Crafting and delivering HR Transformation solutions based on client needs.
  • Crafting and delivering HR Shared Service solutions.
  • Developing tailored Organisation Change Management solutions based on technology context and client needs, and ensuring maximal adoption of new solutions.
  • Leading program and project management for the deployment of new workforce solutions and initiatives.
  • Contributing to practice development activities to develop our service offerings and go-to-market initiatives further.
