**Job Responsibilities:
**Provide IT Helpdesk Support**:
- Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Assist with software installations, updates, and configurations.
- Maintain and support hardware, including computers, printers, and other peripherals.
**Domain Migration Assistance**:
- Support the migration of user accounts, data, and settings to a new domain.
- Ensure mínimal disruption to users during the migration process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the migration.
**Documentation and Reporting**:
- Document helpdesk tickets and resolutions.
- Report migration progress and any challenges encountered.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving IT support and migration processes.
**User Training and Support**:
- Educate users on new domain policies and procedures.
- Offer guidance and support post-migration to ensure a smooth transition.
Other ad-hoc job may be assigned by IT Manager.
**Job Requirements**:
- Understanding of IT support, networking, and domain management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
