**Business Developement/ Sales Manager (Health Screening/ Imaging Scans)
This role involves building relationships with key stakeholders, managing partnerships, and identifying opportunities for expansion and collaboration.

**1. Strategic Partnership Development**:

- Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, medical professionals, and relevant organisations to drive patient referrals and enhance service offerings. Negotiate and finalise partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with the imaging centre's goals and objectives.

**2. Business Development**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans to increase the outpatient imaging centre's market share and revenue streams.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes to stay ahead in the healthcare industry.

**3. Stakeholder Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with referring physicians, healthcare institutions, insurance providers, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a steady flow of patients and business opportunities.

**4. Market Analysis and Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential areas for expansion and growth, including geographic regions and specific services that align with the imaging centre's capabilities.

**5. Marketing and Branding**:

- Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and events to increase awareness and attract new clients.
- Ensure that the imaging centre's brand is well-positioned in the market.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the healthcare industry, preferably in **imaging services.**
- Strong understanding of outpatient imaging services and the healthcare landscape.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance, and reimbursement processes.
