**Business Development Manager**

As the Business Development Manager, you will develop and drive sales growth strategies and plans. To develop new sales channels including new industries, new customers, or new business within existing customers regionally. To increase profitable sales through the identification, qualification and conversion of new customers. Account managing those customers from the start of the sales cycle through to the post-sales operations. You will also be developing new projects business within the existing customer base in order to increase overall profitable sales. Provide leadership and coaching to the Sales Team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and drive sales strategies and profitable growth. Establish and provide an annual sales plan and provide monthly & quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the plan to drive required pipelines to meet the sales plan which in line with the Company’s business plan.
- Responsible for the development and performance of all sales & business development activities in Speedy Group towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the Company vision and values.
- Own the business development, update and communication of accurate sales forecast for the region and achieve a forecasted sale to meet the business plan. Manage a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities
- Identifying and mapping business/ product strengths, customer needs and generating new accounts opportunity; perform customer research, prospecting and networking
- Measure current sales within existing accounts and develop action plans to increase sales revenue.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Creating and building solid relationships with new and existing customers and making decision within capacity level not limiting to maintaining contact with all customers in the market area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Providing leadership to the sales team by setting goals, coaching employees, and helping them identify opportunities for improvement

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Business Management/ Marketing or related discipline
- Large key account and relationship management including global account
- Experience in developing business analytics teams and turn business intelligence into useful info for business development, will be an advantage
- Strong Project management, negotiation & persuasion skills
- Proven track record in business development & sales growth and strategic accounts management
- Understanding of financial concepts such as sales and margin and good business acumen
- Proficiency in the use of SAP Materials Management software or other related ERP/MRP systems.
- Must be a strong team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
