
Clinic Call Centre

As a Call Centre Executive, you will be the first point of contract for patients and referrers with the primary focuses on coordinating, scheduling and confirming appointments and handling enquires. You will also be expected to provide internal administrative support with the objective of providing the highest customer service quality.
- Book appointments and patients registrations via radiology imaging services
- Handling and resolving any customer complaints and feedback
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Ability to communicate products and service information to patients and referrers
- Operate within the assigned standard operating procedures
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Performed duties as assigned by supervisor
**Requirements**:
- At least 1-year job experience (preferably in healthcare industry)
- Call Centre Executive dealing with English speaking patients
- High energy, dynamic and self-motivated
- Passionate about customer service
- Interested in healthcare and wellness
- Possesses good interpersonal & communication skills
