- 5+ years of experience in technical account management, strategic account management, or a similar role.
- Strong technical background with the ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts.
- Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts.
- Commercial knowledge related to pricing, contracts, and business development.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client engagement.
- Open to travel for business requirements.
