
Strategic IT Account Manager

**About the Role:
**In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our key IT accounts. You will function as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying their needs and tailoring solutions that align with their long-term goals. By leveraging your deep understanding of the IT landscape and your exceptional relationship-building skills, you will play a key role in exceeding revenue targets, fostering client loyalty, and propelling our company's success.
**Responsibilities:
- **Manage a portfolio of assigned high-value IT accounts, driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.**:
- **Develop and implement strategic account plans, aligned with client objectives and market trends.**:
- **Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers across client organizations.**:
- **Proactively identify new business opportunities and present impactful solutions that address client challenges.**:
- **Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, engineering) to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.**:
- **Conduct thorough competitor analysis and stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies.**:
- **Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that are mutually beneficial.**:
- **Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing data-driven insights to optimize client relationships.**:
- **Prepare presentations, reports, and forecasts to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
**Qualifications:
- **5-7 years of proven experience in IT account management, preferably within the IT Consulting/Solutioning industry.**:
- **A strong track-record of exceeding sales targets and building successful client relationships.**:
- **Deep understanding of the IT landscape, emerging technologies, and their business implications.**:
- **Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.**:
- **Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and complex projects effectively.**:
- **Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.**:
- **Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams to achieve common goals.**:
- **Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field required.
