Strategic Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive sales growth through tailored strategies for specific accounts.
    • Track sales performance and provide regular updates.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Assist in developing sales strategies based on market trends and customer needs.
    • Coordinate promotional campaigns with the marketing team.
    • Implement and monitor sales plan execution to ensure optimal results.
  • Customer Support:
    • Provide excellent customer service to satisfy key accounts.
    • Address any issues or complaints promptly and work on solutions.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
    • Provide insights into customer preferences and feedback to product development and marketing teams.
