The Role
- Manage the day-to-day running of the office, and provide effective and efficient administrative support for the full scope of office management
- Upkeep and maintenance of the office and its supplies, manage relationships with vendors, service providers, etc
- Manage office budgets, including purchasing and inventory control
- Coordinate office renovations or relocations, working with contractors and vendors to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like dinners, parties, celebrations and conferences
- Other relevant duties and projects as assigned

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent in written and verbal communication
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
