Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Collaborate with the Founder to set realistic sales goals and formulate plans to achieve them.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor analysis. Utilise this information to identify new business opportunities and tailor our organisation’s approach to meet client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects. Understand their needs, address their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations to potential clients. Customize your approach based on the client's country of origin, industry, requirements, and pain points.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals with clients to secure new business. Work closely with the Founder to ensure smooth contract execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospects, and sales status. Provide regular reports and updates to the Founder on business development progress. Collaborate with other team members, such as our Digital Strategist and UI/UX Designer, to align business development strategies and enhance overall company performance.
Requirements:
- Students pursuing Polytechnic Diplomas or University Degrees, or fresh graduates.
- Detail-oriented, public speaking, presentation design, and creative copywriting skills are critical.
- Understanding of sales principles and business development practices.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work on a freelance basis and deliver results remotely.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
