**We're Hiring: Business Development (Tender Specialist) - Corporate Gift**
**Start Date**: Mid-July 2025
**Salary range**: SGD $3,000 - $12,000/month (Basic + Commission + Incentive)
**About the Role**:
You’ll play a key part in driving our growth through successful tender bids with government bodies, public sectors, and large corporations. This role offers a competitive basic salary, with additional commission and incentives based on performance
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively source and respond to tenders and RFQs via Ariba, GeBIZ, VendorGov, and other procurement platforms
- Manage the entire tender process - from document preparation, pricing, and compliance to timely submissions
- Work closely with the design, sales, and procurement teams to craft competitive proposals and product visuals
- Coordinate sample deliveries and assist with client presentations when needed
- Maintain CRM records and follow up on awarded contracts or new business opportunities
**What We’re Looking For**
- At least **1 year of experience**in tender management, preferably in corporate gifting, events, or marketing industries
- Strong working knowledge of **Ariba**, **VendorGov**, **GeBIZ and**etc platform
- **Basic Photoshop/Illustrator**skills for preparing visuals and proposals
- Proficient in **Excel**for costing and documentation
- Excellent time management and a high level of accuracy
- Positive, proactive, and accountable work attitude.
