**Job Purpose**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to define goals and achieve revenue targets for various types of partners and members relationships.
- Plan and execute various campaign set up, CRM/CMS management, delivery reporting and performance analysis.
- Lead key initiatives and projects from initiation to execution for membership rewards, corporate partnerships and consumer marketing campaigns.
- Ensure successful deployment of all partnership and loyalty initiatives, manage the end-to-end promotions process, including key visual assets, promotion mechanics design, drafting agreements and external communications.
- Leverage on partner distribution channels to promote and communicate Harry’s events and relevant promotions.
- Identify and initiate relationships with key partners and prepare strategic plans with each partner.
- Negotiate, draft and execute of partnership / membership agreements
- Manage both CRM and CMS platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly, troubleshoot and oversee all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
- Optimise strategic design and user-experience of the Harry’s mobile app.
- Plan and deliver strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach to grow customer retention and meet revenue goals.
- Monitor and track effectiveness of loyalty campaigns and third-party digital solutions. Analyse results with plans and forecasts to grow customer retention and meet revenue goals.
- Working closely with all departments to ensure loyalty programs works effectively for all aspects of the company.
- Perform administrative duties such as preparation of reports, drafting agreements, CMS content management (creation, publication and maintenance) and digital assets management.

**Requirements**:

- 5 - 6 years of work experience in loyalty and consumer marketing with background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.
- Proven track record in handling CRM and CMS management.
- Degree or diploma in marketing or related field of study
- Analytical, data iterate and detail oriented with proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint.
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills in partnerships and sponsorships contracts
- Strong project management skills with great attention to detail
- Independent, passionate and self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong passion for F&B and sports industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
