**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the front of house, ensuring a seamless and efficient service.
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring they have a pleasant dining experience.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and train front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and other front of house spaces.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Support the implementation of marketing and promotional activities.
- Analyze operational data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist the Restaurant Operations Manager with administrative tasks and reporting.

- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other restaurant management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Singapore.
