Job Description:

- The Front of House Operations Staff is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, promoting and selling food and beverage items - including sake, sashimi, and other liquor variants and supporting daily front house activities. This role involves close communication with both the front and back house teams to ensure seamless operations and to maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in hospitality, particularly in Japanese or izakaya-style restaurants, is preferred.
- Knowledge of Japanese food and beverages, especially sake, sashimi, and liquor variants.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to promote sales and engage with customers effectively.
- Team-player attitude with a proactive approach.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
- Fluency in English; Japanese language skills are advantageous.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
