**Restaurant Front of House Manager**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree, postgraduate diploma, specialist diploma, professional qualification in restaurant management operations in the food & beverage service industry.
- Extensive experience in managing between 20 & 30 F&B service operations staff teams.
- Possess strong leadership, business acumen and dynamic personality to overcome business operational challenges.
- 3-4 years of hands-on restaurant managerial working experience.
- Those without the requisite qualifications but have extensive hands-on restaurant management experience will be considered.
- A can-do attitude, highly initiative and willing to run the extra mile on own accord.
- Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.
- Maintain restaurant revenue, profitability and quality service goals.
- Heighten awareness of restaurant financial performance.
- Regular review product quality and research new vendors.
- Organize and supervise staff shift duties.
- Plan and schedule daily/weekly duty roster for the restaurant staff.
- Appraise F&B staff performance and provide feedback to improve their productivity
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Maintain safety requirements, ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
- Train new and existing staff on proper customer service practices
- Supervise closely and monitors the cashiering function of the restaurant.
- Responsible & accountable to the company's directors for total management with regard to business operations bottom-line, food & labour costs, material resources planning & procurement, manpower planning & deployment and budgetary control & forecast.
- Conduct regular briefings and training sessions to ensure all co-workers receive the essential information required to perform their job efficiently and effectively.
- Any other duties as assigned by the director and management from time to time.

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
