**Job Title: Leasing Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding leasing options, pricing, and vehicle availability.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each customer's requirements and preferences.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations on leasing options based on customer needs, budget, and preferences.
- Coordinate test drives and vehicle demonstrations for interested customers, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
- Prepare and present lease quotes, contracts, and leasing terms to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery and orientation for leased vehicles, ensuring a seamless transition for customers.
- Follow up with customers post-lease to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
- Stay updated on automotive leasing trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve leasing targets and contribute to overall business growth.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in automotive sales, leasing, or customer service preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive leasing principles, practices, and regulations in Singapore.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid class 3 driver's license and clean driving record.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
