- The incumbent is fully responsible for the leasing of data center room resources with the procurement of network, servers, and other key equipment for IDC operations.
- Lead end-to-end procurement process such as conducting market research, formulating procurement plan, issuing RFQs/RFPs, facilitating evaluation process, following through with processes including total cost analysis, commercial & contract negotiation, supplier recommendation and contract award
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and engage AI-powered clients in terms of products and services to lead the company's business development strategy
- Oversee the leasing of data centre room resources with the procurement of network, servers, and other equipment
- Manage the procurement of key equipment and services during the IDC construction process, including project management and business management. This encompasses schedule management, requirement management, business negotiations, price management, contract management, and issue management during execution.
- Coordinate supply chain related matters with respective requestors and vendors.
- Implement procurement cost control targets, aiming to reduce overall procurement costs. Collect and analyse market industry information to inform procurement decisions.
- Analyse development trends of relevant technologies and products in the data centre industry to provide insights for procurement strategy formulation.
- **Job Requirements**:_

1. Minimum of 8 years of procurement experience, including at least 5 years of business-related work experience in data centres.

2. Handling equipment procurement with PMP certification will be an added advantage.

3. In-depth knowledge of the construction architecture and solutions of mainstream manufacturers' data centres. Proficiency in the architecture of various subsystems of infrastructure solutions (high and low voltage distribution, HVAC, integrated wiring, weak current monitoring, etc.), with an understanding of the solutions and their advantages and disadvantages from mainstream manufacturers

4. Exceptional business coordination and project management skills, capable of formulating and managing category procurement strategies. Ability to effectively mobilize and coordinate internal and external team resources to ensure timely project delivery and the achievement of company business goals

5. Strong logical and analytical abilities, able to maintain clear and concise logic in complex scenarios, and skilled in using data to identify and resolve problems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $6,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
