**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the long-term forecasting and confirmation of purchase orders for all raw materials and equipment, while maintain the health of the inventory.
- Establish sound inventory management standards to optimize functional costs across Operations, Logistics and Procurement.
- Ensure overall quality & quantity management of stock, cost, stock rotation, turnover, regulatory & compliances.
- Source, identifying and evaluating potential suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and delivery performance.
- Coordinating with China Headquarters assisting in the launch of new products.
- Freight Forwarder Management, including coordinate with freight forwarders for inbound, import, and export operations.
- Negotiate shipping schedules and freight rates to ensure cost-effective transportation of goods.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics partners for warehousing, fulfilment, storage cost and reverse logistics.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in supply chain management are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in logistics and supply chain management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $7,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
