As a Customer Service Executive, you will be working to provide exceptional customer support service to High Net Worth foreign clients and assist their families in relocating to Singapore.

**Job Duties**:

- Assist clients with bank account opening, house leasing, maid hiring, school enrolment/tours, and other services to help clients settle down.
- Gather, prepare and organise documents required by both government and private organisations to fulfil service agreements with clients.
- Identify, schedule, and correspond with charity and social service organisations for volunteer and community events to attend.
- Provide advice on local education, corporate and immigration policies when required.
- Meet-and-Greet services (airport pickup) and accompanying clients to banks and government offices.
- Liaise with various government agencies for project-related matters.
- Administrative support of the Company’s operations.
- Other job duties as assigned by the manager.

**Skills**:

- Fluent in English and Mandarin (for handling Mandarin-speaking clients).
- Strong organisational and communication skills (listening, verbal, and written).
- Take ownership and be proactive.
- Fast learner, able and willing to learn a wide range of business knowledge.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Able to work both independently and in collaboration with multiple teams.
- Able to schedule, update, and complete tasks on time.
- Able to work overtime when necessary.
- Able to multi-task and serve several clients concurrently.

**Requirements**:

- Degree and above, preferably majoring in business or legal studies.
- Strong passion for Customer Service.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
