As a member of our family-owned business, you will drive and build the Purchasing strategies and be accountable for the performance of the Liquor, Tobacco and Confectionery categories. You will also oversee all business matters, including strategy setting, business planning, financials as well as operational topics for ICDF. In addition, you will also represent Heinemann in the best possible way when dealing with external stakeholders. As the Regional Head, Liquor, Tobacco and Confectionery, and General Manager, IndoChina Duty Free, you will**Regional Head of Purchasing (LTC) and General Manager (ICDF)**

Your new job includes
- oversee the general business operations from a strategic perspective and be responsible to meet the expectations of the business with accountability for all commercial agreements aligned to Heinemann’s guidelines
- identify new channels and categories for export and domestic channels, create and execute strategy for the category, in alignment to the global purchasing strategy and taking into consideration the regional requirements of retail and distribution businesses.
- build strong relationship with external senior stakeholders to create sustainable business strategies supportive of the company’s goals and objectives, and establish continuous alignment terms and conditions for investment, and maintain close cooperation with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective assortment planning, vendor management and inventory management.
- resolve any pricing and product allocation disputes between Heinemann and the Joint Venture Partner, approve sales orders and sales acquisition matters relating to the Retail business, authorise financial transactions related to payments and ensure a proper due diligence process is conducted and complied with statutory requirements and regulations.
- provide technical expertise and industry experience for business development, tenders and new project implementation.
- lead, inspire and motivate your Team Members to achieve planned results while being reliable and innovative in performing and delivering daily responsibilities.

What you should bring along
- a Degree in Business, with practical experience of more than ten years in a senior management role within a Regional or Global capacity.
- strong communication and negotiation skills, influencing and stakeholder management skills with the proven ability to build and sustain relationships
- excellent financial and analytical skills combined with sound business acumen.
- strategic and analytical, complemented by the capability to multi-task and the flexibility to handle changing requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- proven management experience with a strong ability to lead and mentor a large and diverse team.
