**Regional Head of Liquor, Tobacco & Confectionery**

Your new job includes
- Develop and report on the annual strategy and action plan of your categories for the Asia Pacific region.
- Collaborate with the Global Purchasing team and create and execute strategies that are beneficial to the region taking into consideration both retail and distribution businesses.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders in creating opportunities that are aligned with Heinemann’s goals and objectives as well as supporting its sustainability efforts.
- Identify new opportunities within the region, including extensions of agreements, providing technical expertise, and leveraging industry experience further enhancing our position as leader in the travel retail industry.
- Be responsible for the financial performance of the category including its analysis and reporting to various stakeholders.
- Lead, inspire, engage and motivate Team Members to achieve planned results while being reliable and innovative in performing and delivering the expectations of their tasks.

What you should bring along
- A Degree in Business, Purchasing, Marketing or related discipline with over ten years of practical experience in a senior management role within a Regional or Global capacity.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience with strong ability to lead and mentor a large and diverse team.
- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills with the proven ability to sustain long-term relationships.
- Excellent financial and analytical skills combined with sound business acumen.
- A ‘can-do’ attitude, complemented by the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
