Regional Enterprise Sales - Enterprise Performance Management Software
(Senior Manager / Director level)
This is a brand-new role with an exciting remit to develop new clients across the region, as well as cross sell opportunities within existing clients to continue the great growth of the software across the APAC region. The focus will be on the Northern Asia markets, HK and Greater China as well as supporting the wider APAC region, working closely with the General Manager on strategy for the region.
What will I be doing?
Acquisition of New Customers, working with Business Development and Marketing functions
Understand the entire Sales Cycle and ability to leverage team members from different functions to achieve the goals
Leadership qualities to provide Account Engagement strategy and effectively leverage resources (global and local) to win the deal
Multi-tasking ability to drive multiple sales engagements
Provide timing response to Customers and accountability to internal stakeholders
Coverage of Southeast Asia and North Asia markets
(depending on language capabilities and experiences)
How will I be successful?
Achievement of software license targets through acquisition of new Customers
Excellent Sales Discipline
(Managing sales processes in CRM system, providing accurate monthly forecast and maintaining pipeline coverage)
Leadership qualities, amicable personality and empathy
What skills and background will I need?
Experiences in enterprise software sales, that also encompasses consulting services - Experiences in Services & Consulting sales will be advantageous
Ability to work with Office of the CFO, understands the terminologies and the relevant needs
Past experiences working with operational-related functions will be advantages.
Experiences in managing Bid (RFP/RFI) processes, and working with system integrators on a joint bid
Experiences in an enterprise software industry sale, that accompanies consultative and implementation services
Understands the expectation and requirements of Partners for successful “co-sell and influence” joint engagements
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English is mandatory. The ability to speak in Mandarin will be a plus.
