**Responsibilities**:
- Keep up with the business strategy and build an in-depth understanding of how this connects with the HR strategy and priorities. Identify key business challenges and provide organizational and talent solutions to improve them together with business leaders and HRBPs.
- Lead the OD/TD framework that links business strategy and organizational and talent insights, to address organizational challenges and output optimal HR solutions. Drive organizational efficiency improvement.
- Lead a team of OD/OE leads to close partner with HRBPs in each TT vertical and execute a variety of global projects driven by clear business needs. Projects include designing and executing organizational structure optimization, workforce planning, job family and competency model buildouts, talent review and assessment, performance review cycle, change management, and leadership development.
- Partner with Corporate Center-of-Expertise (COE) teams to implement major routine projects under the company’s policies and philosophies, and be able to make customization to suit business needs while overseeing the overall process and driving operational excellence.
- Bring in solid external insights as a critical reference to drive internal business and people changes. Collect and analyze the right data to generate quality insights to support business and HR decision-making.
- Conduct organizational effectiveness analysis through data tracking and interpretation.
- Manage, coach, and engage a high-performing global team of OD Business Partners and Talent Development Partners.
- Deeply understand the ByteStyles and Leadership Principles to lead by example and ensure they are incorporated into all workstreams.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years experience leading an OE, OD, or TM team, and 4+ years leading an HR CoE at a global scale.
- Expertise in at least three core HR domains: Talent and Organizational Development (T/OD), Performance Management, Compensation, Organizational Culture, or HR Business Partnering.
- Strong organizational skills and consultative approach. Proven ability to consult with and influence senior business stakeholders and cross-functional HR stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills with experience in managing programs through a structured, data-driven approach.
- Experience in analyzing data and delivering recommendations.
- Proven performance in managing a high-performing team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ideally, 2+ years of experience in both mature public companies, as well as startup organizations in the scale-up/hypergrowth phase.
- BA Degree or higher, ideally in HR&M, I/O Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, or a related field.
