Efficient Stewardship Leader

Our resort is seeking a seasoned stewarding professional to lead our cleanliness and hygiene operations. As Chief Steward, you will oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of all food and beverage areas, ensuring exceptional standards are consistently met.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver top-notch service and maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas.
- Implement environmental sustainability initiatives to minimize waste and promote eco-friendly practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the stewarding team to maintain unparalleled standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all food and beverage areas.
- Develop and implement relevant standard operating procedures, policies, and cleaning schedules to ensure overall cleanliness of the Resort.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement environmental sustainability initiatives within the stewarding department to minimize waste and promote eco-friendly practices.
Job Requirements:
- 4-6 years' experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a property of similar standing.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation and hygiene regulations, inclusive of knowledge on food safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
- Able to handle matters independently and exercise self-motivation to complete projects.
