**About the role**

**Service Stewardship Manager - Aviation**

The Service Stewardship Manager provides expert guidance on 17 Media’s Aviation Services portfolio regarding services partnership, flight routes, overall technical and regulatory requirements and activities. As a key member of the Aviation Services business team, you will drive service stewardship and will be responsible for growing the social and KOL capabilities for the business.

**Key accountabilities**
- Responsible for growing the social/KOL capabilities for the business.
- Source and review for the right ambassador/influencer for each campaign.
- Attract, onboard, and manage day-to-day relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Reach out, manage and negotiate with influencers, KOL’s, Celebrities and agencies.
- Build long term relationships with valuable KOLs.
- Monitor and optimise each KOLs performance.

**Requirements**:

- Min. Bachelor Degree in Aviation and holds a commercial pilot license.
- Technical knowledge on flight safety, aircraft types, maintenance and safety.
- Min.3 years of experiences as a commercial pilot.
- Savvy with Chinese social media platforms and has a strong online influencing presence.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
- Strong team player and ability to work autonomously.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is desirable.
