Job Title:
Sustainability Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Sustainability Leader to spearhead our environmental stewardship efforts. This key role will drive the development and implementation of sustainable practices across our supply chain.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute supplier sustainability assessment processes to ensure compliance with our rigorous criteria.
  • Engage with suppliers to communicate our sustainability expectations and requirements, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Support new suppliers in their sustainability journey, providing guidance and resources to meet our stringent standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments for raw materials through supplier engagement and audits, identifying areas for improvement and driving corrective action.
  • Collaborate with our global team to develop best practices for supplier sustainability assessment, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in science, environmental engineering, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years of experience in a related field. They should also demonstrate excellent communication skills, analytical abilities, and a proven track record of driving sustainable change within an organization.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (science, environmental engineering, or supply chain management)
At least 5 years of experience in a related field
Strong communication and analytical skills
