Senior Director of Environmental Stewardship

We are seeking a Senior Director of Environmental Stewardship to join our team. This is a senior leadership position responsible for leading the development and implementation of our sustainability strategy across all business units.
This role will require you to act as a change agent and subject matter expert on sustainability-related matters, working closely with other departments such as operations, products, and strategy to achieve our sustainability aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies for mid to long-term ICT operations, especially in data centers.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute sustainability initiatives.
- Advocate for sustainability externally to establish ourselves as a leader in green data center operations.
Requirements:
- 12-15 years of experience in a technical and/or sustainability domain, including at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability strategies.
- Experience in environmental management systems and carbon management.
- Strong project management skills and ability to balance tasks, costs, and time.
- Dynamic personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
