About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our business, including planning, coordinating, and implementing various tasks related to operations, administration, and customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with experience in managing day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth workflow, and improving overall efficiency.

- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in an education setting.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
