Job Title: Director of Operational Excellence

Key responsibilities include strengthening internal systems, ensuring operational efficiency and supporting compliance across the organization.

  • Organizational Systems & SOPs
    • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures to improve clarity, accountability and operational consistency.
    • Implement and train teams on SOPs.
  • CRM & Knowledge Management
    • Manage a tailored CRM model for relationship management needs.
    • Oversee knowledge management systems and digital infrastructure.
  • Governance, Compliance & Secretarial Support
    • Support corporate secretarial matters, including board documentation and statutory records.
    • Coordinate with auditors and advisors for annual audits and tax-related matters.
  • Financial Planning & Budgeting
    • Collaborate on annual budget planning, tracking expenditures and preparing financial summaries.
    • Ensure financial records align with operational and reporting requirements.
  • Program Operations Support
    • Support Programs teams in grant disbursement, vendor payments and contract tracking.
    • Ensure financial and administrative documentation is complete and accurate.

Your Profile:

  • A minimum of 8 years experience in operations, finance or administration.
  • Strong understanding of internal systems design, organizational workflows and compliance processes.
  • Experience with budgeting processes, financial reporting and external audit coordination.
  • Proficiency in digital tools including Microsoft Excel, SharePoint and CRM platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation, coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams and functions.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
