Job Title: Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Business Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources Functions: Provide human resources functions, payroll and claims processing
  • Quality Management System Activities: Coordinate quality management system activities and assist in QMS documentation and audit
  • IT Support: Provide support in information technology area and work with vendors in developing, implementing and maintaining company IT system and network
  • Office Administration: Perform office administrative function such as procurement and payments, office maintenance and infrastructure, project site matters and company management system
  • Project Reporting: Assist management and project reporting
  • Staff Recruitment: Responsible for staff recruitment, prepare Letter of Appointment and responsible for new contract staff on board orientation
  • Government Agency Coordination: Coordinate and participate with government agencies and external parties for implementation of work various improvement program and grants
Requirements:
  • Degree/diploma in HR/Business Studies, preferably with 2 years working experiences
  • Preferably possess Class 3/3A driving license
