
Business Development Manager

We are seeking motivated and experienced Blockchain Sales and Ecosystem Builder to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in expanding our blockchain ecosystem, raising funds for our projects, and driving sales in the blockchain space.
**What You Will Do at Hela Labs?**
- Understand prospective client ‘sbusiness needs and pain-points to tailor the blockchain solutions.
- Nurture strategic partnerships within blockchain, Web3 and crypto to enhance our market presence and facilitate the adoption of blockchain solutions.
- Develop ecosystem partners, including blockchain projects, start-ups, investors, and developers.
- To create compelling proposals, deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, close deals and ensure successful project delivery.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales performance to stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize online and offline events for lead generation.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2- 3 years proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network and relationships within the blockchain industry, including crypto founders, VCs, startups, investors, and industry influencers.
- Proven ability to thrive in a team environment.
