DESIGNATION : [ITRON] Inside Account Manager-Service & Support Contracts (Korean Speaking)
RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a hunter/trailblazer with a proven success rate in an Inside sales role. You will have all of the advantages of an inside sales lifestyle, which is the fastest-growing Sales Job Profile.
Will be responsible for developing and executing an individual sales plan for the SG territory to achieve service sales quota performance.
**Objectives of this Role**
- Developing tailored solutions for the customer will often require working across various groups within Agilent including the service delivery, instrument sales, and consumables teams.
- Represent Agilents products and services, and develop a comprehensive understanding of assigned accounts or assigned geographic, territories or industries to identify how our solutions can meet needs.
- Responsible for generating existing and/or new sales leads and business opportunities.
- Handle complex leads, qualify, and nurture the leads to potential business opportunities.
- Develop strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
- Manage existing accounts, drive organic growth, and develop new accounts key performance indicators will include: - Quota achievement - Growth in existing accounts - New business - Warranty conversion
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets by driving growth in sales achieved through customer engagement, and showcasing the entire support portfolio:
- Service Agreements
- Compliance Services
- Training
- Relocation
- Application consultation
- Responsible for all sales-oriented activities, planning and organizing daily work schedules for existing and/or potential sales enquirers.
- Works on sales assignments with broadly defined objectives.
**Daily and Monthly Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and build relationships with existing and new customers to ensure a high level of service satisfaction and identification of potential new business opportunities
- Identify sales prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service products offered.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to provide consultative advice to sales prospects to achieve sales objectives
- Manage daily sales-oriented activities such as sales discussion, presentation, order bookings, and other documentation.
- Utilization of SAP CRM for updating the funnel and reporting
- Attend team meetings including local sales teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to travel (25% of the time)
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales account management experience
- Must have excellent communication skills in English & Korean (spoken and written)
- Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Energetic and independent individual, driven to achieve results and able to interpret customer's needs and work to meet those needs.
- Enjoy working in a customer-facing environment
- Must be a team player
OTHER INFORMATION
- Working Hours : Monday to Friday 0830-1730hrs (lunch break 1hour)
- Annual Leave: 14days
