We are looking for a Learning and Culture Executive, to join our team
**Key Responsibilities**:
Ensures correspondence addressed to Training Department is responded to/acted on within established timeframes.
Personally responsible for maintaining individual training records for each staff.
Prepares training session/activities requirements including space booking, training materials, logistics, and prizes, among others.
Assists in overseeing library operations, ensuring implementation of policy and procedure for loaning our library resources.
Assists the Training Manager in implementing training sessions and other activities.
Maintains updated files of external and internal trainings, inventory of trainers, DDI records, TNA, Monthly Training Forecast, and Monthly Training Summary, among others.
In coordination with the Training Manager, be personally responsible for planning, organizing and monitoring the Hotel’s practicum and internship program, including receiving and screening of admission requirements, attendance monitoring and evaluation.
Facilitates and conducts Orientation Programs for new hires, as well as casual and contractual staff.
