**Director, Revenue Enablement**
**Duties**
- Build out an international Revenue Enablement team supporting a growing Revenue organisation of 700+ across the world
- Establish an understanding of external world class best practises for Revenue enablement, with a particular focus on HR SAAS / HR Tech
- Drive Revenue Enablement Strategy based on gathered business insights and data analysis driven from central Data / Operations teams
- Support the Revenue Leadership teams with identifying key roles, onboarding and ongoing skill development programs needed, and execute the rollouts of global projects
- Develop and maintain onboarding and ongoing training plans for all Revenue teams
- Create buy-in from key revenue stakeholders, ensuring program scalability as the revenue organisation grows.
- Strategically balance the use of individual 121 training, group interactions and self-serve resources across a variety of media.
- Act as the central point of contact for revenue product enablement
- Establish an Annual, Quarterly and Monthly Enablement Framework across the revenue teams, and support the Leadership / HR / Talent Acquisition teams to build the organisation up at scale
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve systems, gather data, enable and train; all with the overall purpose of building up profitable and efficient growth across the global revenue teams
- Work cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Revenue Operations groups, on implementing large scale projects to help Deel grow
**Requirements**:
- Strong experience supporting Revenue teams of over 150 Sales reps
- 8+ years working in a Revenue / Sales Operations function with high-growth startup or tech company
- 5+ years leading teams of min 5 revenue enablement teams
- Excellent judgment, mature personality, and experience dealing with executives
- Highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver, with excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, with experience working with revenue leadership, and ability to work cross-functionally, build relationships and influence in a fully remote organisation
- Independent problem-solver and self-starter able to manage complex projects end-to-end from design to execution to delivering outsized impact
- Excellent presentation skills and training based on data-driven targets.
- Proficiency in Content Management tools required, and CRM tools (Salesforce) is a nice to have
