The PayPal sales organization acquires merchant and partners via direct and indirect sales teams. The Global Revenue Operations team supports the functions essential to the global sales force. These include planning, process optimization, compensation support, sales tools management, sales and partner analytics, and performance management. The Director, Revenue Operations - Growth Markets is responsible for driving sales productivity and effectiveness, by managing operations for the Sales SVP covering SMB, Middle Market, Enterprise, and Partner sales in the APAC and LATAM markets. Those operations include annual business planning process and outputs and enabling the ongoing operating rhythms of the sales teams within the region(s), by employing sales best practices in Sales Compensation, Pipeline & Forecast Management, Territory & Account Allocations, Account Planning, Lead Management, and Deal Management. The Director will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled for the sales organization. As a member of the Global Sales Revenue Operations leadership team, reporting to the Sr. Director, the Director will also work with the Center of Excellence within Revenue Operations to lead strategic process and technology change initiatives, according to global standards, for the sales team. As a people leader, this role manages a revenue operations team responsible for enabling the sales teams within the region(s).

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with sales management to oversee day-to-day process execution, identify problems, recommend/take corrective action and communicate performance results and/or changes throughout sales organization and cross-functional business unit team.
- Lead sales forecasting, planning, and processes used within the sales organization. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts.
- Plan and execute the tactical elements of sales to develop best practices and continuously improve effectiveness: sales model/processes/methodologies, competencies, productivity metrics, quota planning, coverage model, territory design, lead generation management, departmental communications
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on sales GTM process, tracking and administration of new sales campaigns and products.
- Create and administer new sales processes and proactively identify improvement opportunities for contracting, pricing, compliance, underwriting, and all other functions required for new business acquisition.
- Manages and provides input to senior leadership and Compensation COE in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs.
- Acts as a liaison with other departments, such as Analytics and Sales Technology, by understanding the sales model and ensuring the integrity, value, and accessibility of information through various system and reporting structures.
- Assist in the development of internal audits and controls to ensure integrity of business processes and data.
- Provide overall support and departmental coordination for Revenue Operations team inquiries, ad-hoc requests and projects for Enterprise Sales in region.
- Assist with the standardization, simplification, and scalability of sales processes across Enterprise Sales globally.
- Coordinate with Revenue Operations Centers of Excellence to ensure consistent design and execution of processes, technology, and sales team enablement across all PayPal sales and service segments.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years experience within sales management, sales/revenue operations, or management consulting. Experience in banking, payments, financial services or fintech is preferred.
- Strong people leadership capabilities, including experience designing, building and leading high performance teams
- Proven experience in transforming sales/revenue operations and driving quantifiable improvements in sales performance
