**Director of Revenue**
Reporting to the General Manager, the Director of Revenue is responsible for driving total hotel profit optimization using a rational, disciplined decision-making process, while managing risk under current and anticipated market conditions. He/ she will successfully balance inventory and demand for all hotel revenue streams to maximize total hotel profit opportunities and guest satisafaction.

The Director of Revenue will work closely with ReservationsManager to oversee the Reservation & Call Centre Department.

**What you will be doing**:

- Leads strategic planning and collaborates with teams to drive optimum revenue and profitability for rooms and other revenue streams
- Participates in annual budget process abd forecasts, achieving accuracy
- Drives Revenue Management Culture
- Oversees Revenue and Reservation Department

**Your experience and skills include**:

- Knowledge of Revenue Management Systems and Hotel systems (PMS, TARS)
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders and departments
- Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong persuasion skills
- Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
