Administration and Operations Assistant

Administrative responsibilities:
- Provide admin support to Director and the Singapore Team
- In charge of inventory (such as stationeries, uniforms, PPE, pantry items, etc)
- Assist in monitoring the training records of Operations staff
- Handle Hotel inquiry and bookings for Operations
- Handle repair / maintenance / renovations matters
- Weekly & monthly Competitor’s report update
- Other admin duties as required
Human Resource Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees’ records.
- Support the recruitment process; sourcing, shortlisting, and onboard of employees
- Liaise with MOM and relevant government bodies
- In charge of updating and maintenance of staff insurance records
- Administer staff insurance including timely updates of staff movement to the insurance company
- Handle WICA and medical insurance claims from registration to finalization with high accuracy on a timely manner
- Involve in planning and coordination of employee welfare and engagement activities
- Assisting with administrative matter for the onboarding and exit of staff
- Manage employee timesheets and allowances for the operations team
- Other HR duties as required
