We're looking for a sharp, curious, and detail-oriented Junior Analyst. This is a high-impact role where you'll work directly with the Chief of Staff, supporting strategic decision-making through deep competitive analysis, market research, and insight generation

**What You’ll Do**
- Conduct ongoing competitive intelligence, tracking market trends, product updates, business model shifts, and strategic moves by competitors.
- Perform market research and build benchmarking reports to guide our product, GTM, and expansion strategies.
- Help create and maintain internal briefs, dashboards, and repositories summarizing findings and trends.
- Partner with the Chief of Staff and cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Marketing, Sales) to distill research into actionable insights.
- Lead the collection and analysis of information on key industry players and their positions within the Gartner Magic Quadrant.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 0-2 years of experience in strategy, research, consulting, VC, or analytics roles.
- Exceptional analytical and writing skills - you can cut through noise, find what matters, and communicate it clearly.
- High level of curiosity and a knack for asking the right questions.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and independently structuring research problems.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and ideally some experience with market research or competitive intelligence tools.
