Junior Financial Analyst

As a Junior Financial Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial operations and strategic initiatives of Smartfunding. You will work closely with the Senior Financial Analyst and the Fatfish Group Corporate Ventures Team, contributing to the management and execution of corporate transactions. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, market research, and business planning within a dynamic and innovative corporate environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Corporate Representation**
- Act as a Company Representative of Smartfunding Pte Ltd, supporting the Senior Financial Analyst in daily functions.
- Collaborate with the Singapore HQ corporate team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
**Support for Corporate Transactions**
- Assist in the management and execution of corporate transactions for the Group.
- Provide analytical support for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for Group Management to facilitate decision-making.
**Job Requirements**:
- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- **Experience**:Entry-level position; prior internship or experience in financial analysis or related field is a plus.
- **Skills**:Strong analytical skills, multi-tasking, and excellent communication abilities.
- **Attributes**:Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- **Software Proficiency**:Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
