We are looking for Junior Business Analyst/Project Manager to join one of the Top university in Singapore
- Basic up to $5,500
- 1 year renewable contract, opportunity to handle ServiceNow project
- Great career progression with different career exposure (junior level position, training will be provided)
- Working Location: Jurong West
- Working hours: MON-THU 830am-530pm, FRI 830am-515pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for performing a hybrid role of Business Analyst and Project Manager to support the software development cycle of ServiceNow solutioning requests
- Requirements gathering for requested solution (e.g., from user interface through to backend workflow/ setup)
- Communicate user requirements using proposal mock up to in-house development team (only for work pertaining to ServiceNow)
- Illustrate the requirements in proposal mock up and follow up with users to determine backend system workflow
- Work with in-house development team on the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production deployment stages
- Perform change management activities such as communicating changes and conduct briefing on the use of the workflow to the users
- Submit the request in ServiceNow to initiate the development lifecycle and perform administrative duties through to successful implementation of solution in Production
- Configure dashboard/ report in ServiceNow for the respective function managers to view the status of requests

**Requirements**:

- Singaporean only
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience as business analyst/project management
- Certified Scrum Product Owner/Scrum Master will be an added advantage
- Experience/knowledge in ServiceNow is an advantage
