Junior Business Analyst (Financial / eCommerce / Technical IT) _ Contract
About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst (0–3 years' experience) with strong skills in requirements gathering, testing, and stakeholder communication, preferably within the Financial Services, eCommerce, or Technical IT sectors.

The role involves working closely with users to document processes, support Agile delivery, and drive workflow improvements.

Employment Type: 12 months contract under NTT DATA Singapore (deployed to a leading bank)

Work Location: Alexandra Building, Singapore

Monthly Salary Range : Based on experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Perform impact analysis, process mapping, and define "to-be" workflows.
  • Support Agile delivery (backlog refinement, sprint planning, user stories).
  • Prepare UAT scenarios, test scripts, and manage defect tracking.
  • Collaborate with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Track project deliverables, risks, and changes; prepare governance reports.
Requirements
  • 0–3 years' experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst, preferably in the Financial, eCommerce, or Technical IT sectors.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, UAT/SIT testing, and stakeholder communication.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL; JIRA/Confluence knowledge an advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills to liaise across multiple departments.

Fresh graduates with a recognized technical degree (Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Engineering) will also be considered if they have internship experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst and demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
