HR Associate Workforce Administration

As part of the 1HR Service Centre, the Associate role will support the Global HR team while contributing to the development of end-to-end HR processes to achieve continual improvement and to create value for HR business partners and employees.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Workforce administration
- Manage and process HR transactions including but not limited to job/personal data changes, organizational changes, bulk payments (e.g. bonuses, annual wage supplement), staff departures, and leave management
- Keep abreast of local regulations & company policies and ensure compliance in administration of HR matters
- Liaise with third-party administrator for medical leave synchronization
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of HR system enhancements due new or policy/process changes
- Liaise and engage HR Business Partners (HRBPs) on workforce administration matters
- Work Pass administration
- Keep abreast of developments to work pass matters
- Provide consultancy to HRBPs of their staff’s work pass matters
- Monitor and track work pass renewals for staff and their dependents
- One-stop service for staff
- Respond to employee queries and management requests, identify solutions and escalate to team lead as required
- Extract and conduct analysis of statistics/data as required by management and HRBPs
- Projects
- Support in transition to 1HR Service Centre shared services model
- Support in transition to new HR management system

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in HR shared services / service centre operations preferred with knowledge in HR management system (HRMS), e.g. SuccessFactors, Workday
- Analytical, meticulous, detail-oriented with strong numerical competency
- Able to work independently and in a high-stress environment with tight timelines and shifting priorities
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to manage difficult stakeholders and business users
- Good written skills with ability to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively
- Familiarity with local labour legislation/TAFEP and knowledge of HRMS would be an advantage
