**Key Responsibilities**
- One-stop service for staff / line departments
- Manage and oversee the transition of daily HR operations to new Service Centre model
- Develop detailed work plans that specify key accountabilities, performance indicators and expected outcomes of success in guiding teams of EmployeeSupport Specialists to meet & maintain Service Level Agreements
- Leverage data & technology tools to enable automation of administrative and transactional activities for scalability and sustainability while not compromising on service excellence
- Ensure deliverables and success metrics of the 1HR Service Centre e.g. turnaround time and service standards are met
- Engage with HRBPs, employees & union leadership to provide insight and investigation into their needs
- Performance coaching to Employee Support Specialists in delivering first line support to HRBPs and employees
- HR operations
- Oversee and ensure operational efficiency, accuracy and timeliness in managing workforce admin matters including but not limited to bulk payments (e.g. bonuses, annual wage supplement, salary adjustments), contract matters, staff appointments, departures, and leave management
- Keep abreast of local regulations, company policies & union collective agreements and ensure compliance in administration of workforce matters and work pass administration
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of HR management system enhancements due new or policy/process changes
- Perform statistical analysis and reporting for senior management / local government agencies
**Requirements**:
- Domain knowledge in HR management systems, e,g. SuccessFactors, Workday
- Expertise in HR shared services / service centre operations with indepth knowledge of industry best practices
- Experience in working with project teams using Lean/Six Sigma principles to create business change using enabling technologies
- Analytical, meticulous, detail-oriented with strong numerical competency
- Able to work independently and in a high-stress environment with tight timelines and shifting priorities with the ability to juggle a large number of diverse issues
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
- Excellent communication, influencing & written skills with ability to delegate and manage diverse range of stakeholders
- Familiarity with local labour legislation/TAFEP would be an advantage
