**Employer Partner Overview**:
Emaan Catalyst Community (ECC) is a Singapore-based organisation with regional reach advocating the elevation of living standards through the provision of education and welfare for underserved communities, building the capacity of social organisations and empowering communities to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
**Role Overview**:
As a Business Development and Project Manager at ECC, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and overseeing the successful implementation of social, capacity building and corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in business development, project management, and a passion for social impact and sustainability.
**Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with potential clients, ensuring alignment with ECC’s social impact and sustainability goals.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand the company's client base.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
2. Project Management:
- Lead end-to-end project management process, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results, monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with project delivery capabilities.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving social impact and sustainability needs.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Gather client feedback to continuously improve services and offerings.
4. Proposal Development:
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, tailored to client requirements and industry standards.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure proposals align with the company's capabilities and expertise.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment, promoting a culture of social impact, sustainability and excellence.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development and project management, preferably in the social and sustainability sector.
- Strong understanding of social development, sustainability concepts, trends, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- This position requires overseas travel.
